We are looking for a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our teamin Hexham and Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to the dental team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be detail-oriented and organized, and have experience working in a dental office.

Responsibilities:

Nurse with clinicians.

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Verify patient insurance information and collect payments for services rendered.
• Keep records of patient visits and update patient files.
• Provide administrative support to the dental team.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
