1. Dental Nurse – Glenrothes Dental House (Fife)

Glenrothes Dental House is a friendly, community-focused practice. We’re looking for a Dental Nurse who takes pride in patient care, has excellent cross-infection standards, and enjoys working in a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Chairside nursing across general dentistry (and additional treatments where trained)
• Maintain high standards of cross-infection control and surgery setup/turnaround
• Support clinicians with materials, stock management and smooth workflow
• Provide reassuring, patient-centred communication before and after treatment
• Accurate clinical notes support and adherence to practice protocols

Requirements

• GDC registered Dental Nurse (or trainee nurse enrolled on a course – if applicable)

2. Receptionist – Glenrothes Dental House (Fife)

We’re looking for a warm, organised Dental Receptionist to be the friendly face and voice of Glenrothes Dental House. This is a patient-facing role where attitude and communication matter just as much as experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and supporting a smooth front-desk experience
• Booking appointments, managing diaries and recalls
• Handling calls, emails and messages in a professional, calm manner
• Taking payments and explaining basic fee/process information clearly
• Supporting clinicians and the team with admin tasks and daily workflow
• Keeping records accurate and compliant (confidentiality is essential)
